The cabinet has non-original speakers, it's got a pair of Celestion G12T-75s from the late 80s, early 90s - UK made ones. If any of you have any questions or would like to hear a recording of the amp, I'd be happy to oblige.

It's a '66 or '67 Fender Bandmaster in great shape (it is CLEAN!), and I was able to pick it up with what I think is a '64 Bandmaster 2x12 cabinet (anyone know how to date these?) It's a great rig because the older Bandmaster 2x12s are much more manageable for gigging than the later ones (which do sound fantastic, but they are just so big!)Īnyways, here are a few pictures of the amp both at home and on stage last night. Like other Ceriatone amps, we have labored carefully to select the finest components to suit the design, and the 5E7 uses our specially designed custom transformers for superior reliability, frequency response, and feel. Speaker configurations aside, you’ll find this amplifier is somewhat of a little brother to the legendary 5E8-A, with great cleans, creamy breakup, and all shades in between. The use of the trio of 10” speakers lent a signature flavor to the sound, and we recommend pairing it with one for authentic 5E7 tones. The preamp is similar to a stripped-down 5E8-A, but the power section softens the response and adds creaminess to the overdriven tones.
The 5E7 uses a single 5U4G rectifier with a pair of 6L6 tubes for around 20-35W, depending on your selection of output and rectifier tubes. This amplifier was made in the ‘50s, and was available as a 3x10” combo. The Ceriatone 5E7 amplifier is based on the tweed-covered amplifier of the same designation.
